01 Eligibility

To use GSMX.IN, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract under applicable law.
• If you use the platform for a shop or business, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business.

02 What We Provide

GSMX.IN operates as a digital marketplace serving GSM and mobile software professionals. Depending on availability, services may include:

• Tool licenses, activations, rent/time-based logins and API access.
• OTP tokens, credits and service tokens.
• Firmware, files, software packages and digital downloads.
• Server-side and remote processing services.
• IMEI and device information lookup services.

03 Authorized Use Only

All tools and services are intended only for devices that you own or for which you have the owner's clear authorization.

You must not use GSMX.IN services on lost, stolen, blacklisted or otherwise unlawfully obtained devices.

04 Digital Delivery

Products and services offered through GSMX.IN are digital. After successful payment, delivery may be provided through your account panel, on-screen information, registered email or supported chat/communication channel, depending on the product.

05 Payments

Accepted payment methods may include UPI, cards, wallets and other payment methods made available on the website.

Prices may be displayed in INR. An order is considered accepted when the payment has been successfully confirmed by our system.

06 Refunds After Use

• OTPs, credits, tokens, rent time and similar digital items are generally non-refundable once issued or used.
• Download links and delivered files are generally non-refundable once accessed.
• Unsupported devices, incorrect model/service selection or user/operator error may not qualify for a refund.

07 Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your username, password and registered email information confidential.

You should notify GSMX.IN support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

08 License & Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased item for your own authorized servicing work.

• Do not resell or redistribute purchased digital products unless expressly permitted.
• Do not share account credentials or access with unauthorized persons.
• Do not attempt to bypass service limitations, security controls or licensing restrictions.

09 Service Quality & Availability

Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We cannot guarantee that every service will work on every device, firmware version, network, operating system or third-party platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSMX.IN and Siddhu Rana shall not be liable for device damage, device brick, data loss, business interruption or failures caused by third-party APIs, networks, software or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability relating to a specific transaction shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

11 Support Data

If you provide IMEI numbers, screenshots, device information or other information to our support team, you confirm that you are legally permitted to share that information for the purpose of obtaining support.

12 Suspension & Termination

GSMX.IN may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account or service where we reasonably believe the account is associated with fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse, security concerns or legal risk.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of GSMX.IN after an update means that you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
