01 No Return Policy

All products and services offered through GSMX.IN are primarily digital and are therefore generally non-returnable.

We do not accept returns for digital products once they have been delivered, activated, accessed or downloaded.

02 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in limited situations, subject to verification by our support team. These may include:

• Duplicate Purchase: The same product or service was accidentally purchased more than once.
• Product Not Received: Payment was successfully completed but the purchased product or service was not received and no download or access attempt was made.
• Technical Issue: A verified technical problem on our side prevents access or delivery of the purchased product or service.

03 Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds are generally not available where the digital product or service has already been delivered, downloaded, activated or used.

Refund requests based only on a change of mind, incorrect device/service selection, or failure to check service requirements before purchase may not qualify for a refund.

04 Requesting a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our support team with sufficient information for us to verify the transaction.

05 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Depending on the payment provider or bank, the refunded amount may take approximately 10–15 business days to appear in your account.

06 Refund Review

Every refund request is reviewed individually. GSMX.IN reserves the right to approve or deny a refund request based on the order status, delivery status, technical circumstances and applicable terms.
